Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Lead and mentor a technical team, guiding them through complex frontend development projects.
Take ownership of the frontend architecture, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver high-performance solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
Play a key role in decision-making processes related to technical strategy and architecture.
Participate actively in hands-on development, primarily using React, to ensure efficient and robust product delivery.

What you bring:
5+ years of experience in frontend development with a deep understanding of React.
Proven experience in leading technical teams and taking responsibility as a tech lead.
A strong track record of delivering successful projects in dynamic environments.
Familiarity with the retail industry, with experience in e-commerce being highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required for this role.
