Senior Full Stack Developer

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to work in a fast and agile business environment. You’ll be responsible for new development and management of systems which will include several web applications and systems for the operational activities. Applications are used to manage personnel, activity planning and track planning. The applications are developed using object-oriented development using Java SE/EE. The frontend framework used is React.
What you'll do:
● Be a key player in one of the development teams by working in teams while being goal-oriented with good communication skills.
● Act as a mentor to the junior team members, be a good listener and have an empathetic approach to the development and challenges of others.
● Being ambitious to take on complex challenges having experience with different technology stacks and to discuss and explain technology choices. It is expected to explain why one method is preferable over another.
● Sharing ideas and engaging in discussions explaining understanding of the choices to be made.
● Contributing with perspectives and experiences in technology/development as well as method/collaboration.
● Focussing on back-end development, testing codes and provide high quality management during development.

Who you are:
● Possess experience in object-oriented development with Java spring boot and frontend development within React.
● Candidate with experience in design of web services APIs with JSON/REST will be given preference.
● Exposure in system integration using technologies REST/SOAP is imperative to recruitment.
● Has been tasked with database management working with SQL, Stored Procedure, triggers, functions, backup creation, etc.
● Proficient in speaking, writing, and presenting oneself in Swedish language.
● Technological experience in using Cloud-based services, UX & UI, Git, DevOps, Azure Logic Apps, Agile system development with Scrum, API Management and Spring Boot.
