Senior Full-Stack Java Developer
Nasdaq is the world's largest provider of Market Technology, delivering top of the line trading, clearing and settlement technology, and advisory services to exchanges and partners around the world.
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Stockholm. You will be part of a team responsible for development and delivery to Customers post trade system Nasdaq Packaged CCP. You will work closely with other developers, testers, and business analysts on delivering specialized systems dedicated for Clearing Houses providing their services on both equity and commodity markets.
In the role as Senior Full-Stack Developer you will be involved in the whole development process, from design study to implementation as well as maintenance and support. You will work on system architecture, design, backend, and frontend development.
As we work in the international team and with foreign customers a very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is required.

Your role and responsibilities:
Work closely with Business Analysts to understand the needs of the customer.
Design systemization to specify a solution meeting the customer needs regarding functionality and performance.
Develop new complex functionality and maintain existing codebase in an environment handling large volumes of data with demands for high availability.
Produce high quality code that is easy to understand and maintain.
Work in a scrum team and contribute to an improved way of working for the team.
We are looking for someone with:
University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
A few years of software development experience and very good knowledge of Java.
Passion for well tested and clean code.
Experience from working with agile methodologies e.g. Scrum or Kanban.
Front End and Back End development experience.
Experience from SW architecture work is a strong merit.
Knowledge of C# is a strong merit.
It would be great if you have:
Experience with JavaScript
Experience from UX
Working experience with Maven and Git
Knowledge of Messaging (JMS)
Knowledge of security and authorization (2FA)
Experience from CICD
Knowledge of Cloud based solutions including Docker
