Senior General Manager

Senior General Manager, Accounting for the Nordic, Baltic and Russia Area (NBR), reporting to the Area CFO, to partake in our dynamic management team, continue strengthening the financial processes and governance, and develop our finance organization. The NBR Area has recently implemented SAP in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and in the Baltic countries and is likewise planning to implement SAP in Russia and Belarus. The position is located at the NBR Area headquarter in Gothenburg, Sweden. The position As Accounting Manager you will be responsible for: - Leading, developing and engaging a department of around 40 people, structured in 3 main teams; General Ledger, Exception Handling and Master Data Maintenance. - All accounting related SAP-processes, including driving continued development of the SAP-solution in close cooperation with other stakeholders. - Statutory reporting for entities within the Nordic Area (Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland) - Coordination and control of accounting processes outsourced to Global Service Centre (Chennai). As Accounting Manager you will be a member of: - The Area Finance Management Team. - The NDC FACT Operating Committee.
