We are looking for a new addition to our Global Center of Excellence Finance team. In this role, you will take an active part in building the best future finance process solutions for Epiroc in close collaboration with other process area representatives to ensure optimal end-to-end solutions. 

Your mission
As a Senior Global Finance Solution Architect, you will facilitate the collaboration between the finance process area and the other process template/council teams. You will work with the continuous development, testing and documentation of our system process template, mainly in M3 but also for our other integrated applications. Providing training and advanced support to the finance community will also be an integral part of your mission. This role is broad and offers opportunities for growth in an international setting, being part of projects and taking the lead for continuous improvements. In this role, you will lead coordination efforts and work with harvesting of potentials in M3 and integrated systems.
Further responsibilities include:
•    Maintenance of template documentation, work instructions and user-friendly training materials. 
•    Work with M3 Change tickets, configuration, integrations, outputs, and system testing.
•    Participate in M3 fact-findings and work on resolution of solution gaps. 
•    Keep yourself updates with trends and new functionality, to enable the best possible development of the process solution template, including focus on automation and efficiency improvements.

Your profile
We believe you have a university degree and a long working experience within multiple financial areas of M3/Movex ERP System. You have financial accounting/controlling experience to be able to discuss/validate processes from internal control and proper accounting perspectives.
To be successful in this role, you should be well structured, service minded and adaptable to change. Because the work is conducted with full responsibility and flexibility within given frames, you should have excellent analytical and administrative skills and an enterprising personality with a capacity to deliver in line with expectations and objectives. You should have previous Project and Change management experience and a good understanding of business processes in a multinational company.
The job requires a lot of collaboration both internally and externally, so good interpersonal and communications skills are a prerequisite to be successful in this role. You need to be fluent in written and spoken English and other language would be an advantage.

Location and travel
The position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Some international business travel will be required in this role. In case a candidate from a different country applies and is successful, Swedish local terms and conditions will apply.
