Your mission
In this position, your main task is to ensure availability for our complete equipment portfolio, at the same time optimizing inventory and balancing/optimizing the supply plan between our various production sites. The S&OP process will be the foundation in your work, and you will manage capacity planning both in the short as well as long term. As it’s a global and central role you interact with many different interfaces within the company and cross functional collaboration is crucial to succeed in this role. You secure efficient communication regarding supply and demand to key stakeholders in the E2E supply chain and other key stakeholders within the division. Supporting strategic development of the planning function, both related to processes and systems, you actively drive performance along the E2E supply chain. You set the monthly global supply plan for our equipment portfolio and in close collaboration with other internal functions you set the monthly global demand plan, as well as contributing to creating the long-term forecast.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Running monthly S&OP meetings for our main production sites in Sweden, China and India as well as for external supplier in Czech Republic.
Being responsible for inventory and service levels for the equipment portfolio.
Following up and securing supply performance for our internal and external suppliers.
Defining and setting stocking policy for equipment portfolio.
Managing escalations and communication throughout the supply chain concerning supply issues.
Managing priorities and global allocations in case of supply constraints.
Performing detailed inventory analysis opportunities and optimize inventory levels.
Monitoring KPIs related to inventory, supply perfomance and service.
Manage phase in/phase out of products
The location for this position is Svedala, and some travel may occur.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a university degree within a relevant field of specialization – industrial engineering, supply chain or logistics. You might also have gained equivalent knowledge through working experience. Combined with several years of experience from similar roles, you have strong computer and analytical skills and have general numerical and statistical knowledge. You also have previous experience from working in a global intercultural scope and environment. As we’re a global organization, excellent English skills, both written and verbal, is required, meanwhile Swedish and other languages is a plus.
