We are looking for someone who want to become responsible for analysing and developing regulatory requirements as part of our units reporting requirements to authorities; ex Riksbanken and Swedish FSA. You will be responsible and supported by team members and guided to drive the various facets of statistical regulatory reporting.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Responsible of analyzing and developing improvements for monthly reports to authorities
- Responsible for external requirements and analysing Commercial bank lending products (corporate and retail)
- Be an intermediary between financial requirement and technical development
- Responsible for interpret external requirements and explain them in a simple and succinct way
- Merge your financial knowledge with technical expertise
- Be the glue that connects new regulatory reporting requirements into concrete business rules that can be turned into working code
- Drive new requirements and translate them into clear and concise steps that can be tested and confirmed, then you’ll be responsible in the testing process to make sure the changes are performed correctly
What is needed in this role:
- Academic degree in Finance, Business, IT or equivalent
- Experience from Group Consolidation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Swedish
- Based in Stockholm, Sweden
- A pragmatic mind and a problem solver. You need to be analytical and precise, and able to adapt to a complex changing environment
- Curiosity and a “can do” mindset are key as is a passion for high performance and a team player mindset
- Experience from the financial and/or regulatory reporting to authorities
- Genuine interest in financial/regulatory reporting framework
The following skills are beneficial but not required for this role:
- SAFe & agile ways of working
- Experience from ESG reporting and the EU taxonomi
