Are you a finance professional with high drive to develop in a complex and senior role within Group Controlling? For our Group Finance Function, we are looking for a Senior Group Business Controller to work with us where we have business in mind and people at heart.
This is what you will do
As Senior Group Business Controller, you will be part of the group finance function, responsible for supporting group management and our business areas and ensuring they have access to relevant reporting to make decisions and drive business performance. Our group consists of businesses that operate within our entire value chain from agriculture, machinery, bioenergy, food and real estate. We operate in an international environment with our head office in Sweden, but with businesses in over 20 countries.
In this role you will play a key role in driving and developing our core financial planning processes, such as budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning. You will take lead in ad-hoc projects, such as projects related to acquisitions or divestments. Furthermore, you will act as senior business partner to a specific sector, closely collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring a high-quality output in monthly reporting and financial planning. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the development of our reporting and planning systems, while also playing a role in the development of our BI solutions.
The position is located at our global head office in Stockholm. You will be part of a team of six within Group Business Control and report to Manager Group Business Control.
This is what you need to succeed
You have:
- Several years of experience working with controlling or similar in a senior role.
- Experience from working in a larger group, preferably on an international level.
- Experience working towards both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong skills in Excel and experience with BI and building reports and dashboards.
- A relevant academic degree, preferably in business or engineering.
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

- Comfortable in adapting to new situations and changes.
- Skilled at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good at taking initiatives and driving your work forward.
