Senior Group Business Partner to Skanska HQ

Group Function FS&A at Skanska Group HQ act as business partner to Group Leadership Team (GLT) and Business Units supporting and advising strategic and operational decision-making. As Business Partner, you will work closely together with one Executive Vice President to monitor and understand the business in Business Units, mainly focusing on financial performance of units and projects

Group function Financial Support and Analysis (FS&A) at Skanska's Headquarters in Stockholm is looking for a person with a passion for business and finance. Currently the team consists of five people situated in Stockholm, Malmö and New York. By providing active support to the Business Units, we aim to achieve better performance as well as sharing knowledge and best practice across Skanska. You will report to Senior Vice President FS&A.

Main tasks

* Assessing, monitoring and analyzing financial performance, working closely with GLT and follow up on strategic initiatives
* Coordinating quarterly reviews, analyze reports and provide ad-hoc analysis on request from GLT and the Board
* Assist in setting and follow-up the yearly targets
* Spreading knowledge and best practices across the Skanska group in the finance area

Your Profile

We are looking for a Business Partner with a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills and good business understanding. You execute your commitments effectively and by doing so you build good relationships with stakeholders. Your strong business acumen, solid experience from business controlling and your social skills will make you successful in this role. Furthermore, we are looking for a candidate with a responsive approach, commitment, and good collaboration- and communication-skills. You hold a university degree in Business administration/finance (or equivalent) and have solid experience from a similar role. You are computer literate and have good skills in Excel and other MS Office programs. Fluency in English is a requirement, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are meriting.
