Senior Growth Marketer

We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketer to join our team and play an integral role in enabling our rapid expansion plans for Lanefinder.

Lanefinder is the fastest growing labor market place for truck drivers and trucking companies in the US, going head to head with some of the largest job boards in the world. The US trucking industry is the second largest industry in America, employing 1 out of every 15 Americans . At the core of this industry, you’ll find the ~3.6 million truck drivers who we build amazing job search experiences for through Lanefinder.com. We’re a highly technical and growth oriented team consisting of 22 team members in Malmö (Lilla Torg) and with international employees with specific expertise in the US trucking market.


Tasks and responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and manage paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other paid channels
- Work directly with content and design teams to create advertising campaigns
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance with complementary efforts (new channels, ad copy, landing pages, etc.)
- Execute thorough analysis on competitors, prospective customers and users for the purpose of launching and optimizing better campaigns


Skills and requirements
- Proven work experience as a Growth Marketer or similar role
- Deep knowledge of paid search, paid social and SEO is a must
- Experience developing marketing strategies, testing, tracking campaigns, and iterating on what is successful
- Experience leveraging marketing automation and data to drive growth
- Proven track record of impacting user growth/conversion numbers
- Great english writing and verbals skills
- Previous experience working with the transportation industry
