Senior Hardware Reliability Modelling and Simula

You will work in an innovative team to perform study on the physical model of the hardware, with cutting edge simulation method to model and simulate the long term physical behavior, predict the product hardware reliability risk for newest hardware design and components, find solution on improving the reliability weak points. Develop board level hardware reliability model and simulation for products Model the hardware reliability with cross domain modeling tool, simulate and solve the engineering reliability weak points, including solder, assemble, components package, PCB assembly, thermal, airtight etc.; Test and prove the simulation results by experiments, guide the design updates for reliability. Build the reliability simulation model of common circuit structure; verify the model with prototype, put to model library for common use. Qualifications and experience More than 10 years experiences on electronic PCB or component package related reliability analyze and modeling. Experience in PCB process, component package, solder etc. Experience and knowledge in at least one aspect: Electro-Magnetic simulation for RF or Magnetic simulation for transformer or SI simulation for high speed digital. Experience and knowledge in doing the cross domain simulation, such as thermal-stress, EM-thermal etc. Bachelor or masters or higher majoring in electrical engineering. Fluent in English speaking and writing. Initiative and positive personal personality. The ability to develop innovative solutions and prove them.
