Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Head of Sales development (HOSD) to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop and execute budget follow-ups across all Nordic markets.
Perform both recurring and ad-hoc analyses aimed at improving turnover and profitability.
Prepare comprehensive analysis reports, including outcomes, forecasts, and actionable insights to guide business decisions.
Own and propose new KPIs and reporting frameworks to enhance profitability and organizational awareness around the business’s key areas.
Translate data-driven analysis into actionable business development projects, identifying key focus areas at both concept and customer segment levels.
Collaborate with central and local Operations managers to develop and coordinate sales initiatives across the Nordic region.
Design and implement internal sales promotion strategies, such as training programs and optimized workflows, to meet and exceed sales targets in each market.
Lead the creation of external customer offers, enhancing the CRM cycle and driving customer satisfaction.
Serve as the key driver for aligning and sharing best practices across Nordic countries.
Actively support and guide country teams in project execution, concept implementation, and operational challenges.
Ensure all strategic changes align with both business goals and Nordic best practices to maximize sales performance.
Stay updated on trends, commercial developments, and regulatory information concerning subscriptions and optics.
Leverage your expertise in data analysis, SQL, and similar tools to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
What you bring:
Proven track record in business analysis and development, with a strong ability to interpret large data sets, identify trends, and present clear, actionable insights.
Significant experience working within the retail sector, understanding both operational and strategic drivers in the industry.
Expertise in data analysis tools, including SQL, and a strong ability to translate complex data into business strategies and reports.
Fluency in spoken and written Swedish is essential. Knowledge of additional Nordic languages is highly meritorious.
Demonstrated success in identifying business opportunities and implementing projects that improve business performance.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and countries to drive results.
Experience in coordinating sales initiatives and promotions both internally and externally, with a deep understanding of CRM strategies and customer engagement.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, commercial strategies, and regulatory frameworks within the business domain.
