Your role

As HR Business Partner at Group Functions you will partner with business leaders at Group level such as Finance, Opex, Communications and Strategy to drive the people and organisational agenda to achieve more efficient organisational results.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership in people and organisational areas; adding value in taking strategic and operational business decisions.
* Support delivery of the people strategy within the Group Functions.
* Actively participate in business planning and strategy development for the Group Functions and provide people strategy plans to support business goals.
* Equip the organisation with right capabilities and drive talent and succession planning processes relevant to the business strategy and context.
* Act as a change agent and coach managers on how to handle change, engage employees and build capabilities effectively.
* Collaborate with global and local HR teams to evolve the functions in terms of quality of talent and effective organisation design.

To be able to fulfill this you need to:

* Understand the business context, issues, and challenges.
* Use business knowledge to provide effective solutions that align with business goals
* Partner with the management team to understand key performance issues, objectives and drivers and their implications for people and organisational strategies.


Your profile

We believe the right person has:

* A relevent university degree.
* Extensive HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in an international organisation.

You demonstrate:

* Strong business acumen, understanding of how the business agenda drives people imperatives and future organisational needs
* A continuous improvement mindset, pro-active attitude and agility
* Excellent interpersonal skills and effective relationship building across organisations
* Ability to balance the strategic and the practical with strong implementation and drive for execution
* Sound judgement and decision making
* A passion for continuous learning
* High energy, resilience and integrity

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
