Senior HR Business Partner
Interim assignment - Stockholm
This is a full-time consulting assignment. Our customer is a global tech organization. We are looking for a senior analytical HR BP with experience from global tech organizations who have worked closely with senior global stake holders.
Main responsibilities
Be a close business partner to senior stake holders and drive all kinds of HR work
Driving and supporting change on both a team and organizational level
Workforce planning and location strategy work organizational development
Taking part in and leading different HR projects according to HR goals and our HR processes
Responsibility for employee relations – including labor law and union negotiations
Influence and motivate our business leaders to continuously develop a value and vision driven leadership according to xx Groups leadership expectations
Supporting competence development and ensure competence building, talent management and succession planning according to business needs and our goals
Background and skills
We are looking for a senior analytical strategic and business-oriented HR Business Partner with a positive, agile and pragmatic approach. Key experiences are: Analytical and used to working with people data, having worked in global tech organizations, successful stake holder management
What’s your background?
Have a degree within Human Resource Management and approx. 10-15 years’ experience of working as a senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager
Have worked with general HR with a deep dive in people data and people analytics
Have worked in global tech organisations
Have proven experience of creating and implementing strategic plans and follow-ups within HR processes, and you have an ability to translate business needs into HR solutions and actions
Have experience from supporting organizations through change and working with senior stake holders
Are communicative and have a strong belief in the individual´s potential and their ability to grow and develop
Have change management skills and experience of identifying and managing need for business change in a fast-paced environment
Have experience of coaching a vision and value driven leadership and ability to build trustful relations
Have very good verbal and written communication skills in English
More about the assignment
You will be assigned to the customer through Intensogruppen. The assignment can also be applied by you with your own company and is expected to be a full-time long term assignment (2023-03-31) Expected start date 2022-09-26. Please apply soon!
