Current Senior HR Business Partner is promoted into a new role within the company and we are now looking for a new successor to join the HR team.
In this role, you are a strategic partner for the global success of our employees. As a member of our Operations Management Team in Nyby/Torshälla, you are a trusted partner to managers in executive as well as strategic tasks. Examples of these include organizational and leadership development, workforce planning, collaboration with unions and implementation of new ways of working. Furthermore, you are a part of HR Business Partner team in Sweden & collaborates with Global HR colleagues to develop and provide support within topics such as talent management, rewards & people analytics.
Responsibilities:
Translate the respective business strategy into an HR plan in own area
Act as a trusted sparring partners and advisor for the business and relevant management team in people matters
Ensure clear alignment of people processes within own area (a whole site or region)
Ensure that the business is appropriately resourced for current and future needs by strategic and tactical workforce planning and recruitment
Ensure consistent application of the reward policies and processes
Ensure holistic talent review of key resources to find performance vs. potential, succession and young talents
Identify and develop the right capabilities and competences for future business needs
Drive change initiatives from HR point-of-view
Advise and give input to development programs within Outokumpu
Cooperate in a trustworthy manner with respective Works Councils and unions
Qualifications:
Bachelor´s degree or equivalent professional qualification, HR certifications preferred
Deep knowledge within HR field or business lead
Experience as HR Business Partner in Industrial Operations is an advantage
Fluent in English and Swedish
Excellent skills in leadership, business acumen, communication & negotiation
Experience in leading change and organizational development
Deep Swedish labor law knowledge
