We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for a global company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
As a HR Business Partner with this company you’ll work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives. You will be the point of people expertise for dedicated business areas, collaborating with the department managers with the goal to be a great place to work, where people thrive and want to grow with together.
Deliveries:
Examples of responsibilities and tasks included will be:
Provide guidance on people practices such as building successful teams, development, reorganizations and succession planning
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.
Oversee talent acquisition and talent reviews, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Guide leaders in the implementation of performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting appraisals, and managing underperformance.
Influencing and building relationships with people around the business
Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency

Competence requirements:
Business Acumen: Understanding of the business environment and the ability to align HR practices with business needs.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex situations and provide practical, strategic solutions.
Adaptability: Flexibility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business environments.
Education: University degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Experience: Several years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role with exposure to strategic HR practices.
Fluency in English
