A global role responsible for driving and developing the HR work within Husqvarna Construction Division
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner that can join our great HR team. This is a one year assignment while Maja, our great colleague is on parental leave.
The team is driven by proud HR professionals that have a passion for the field of HR. We share knowledge and experiences but also face challenges together as a team. We are looking for a people loving, motivated and a HR person that is comfortable and have the skill-set to work strategically in an international environment but also operationally locally in Sweden. The combination is exciting and challenging.
As Senior HR Business Partner you will support two of the Construction division’s Product categories and be a part of their respective management teams. In this role you will be covering all aspects of the Human Resources field of expertise:
Driving the HR agenda to support strategic business priorities
Organizational design
Leadership development/coaching
Compensation & Benefits
Talent Management
Culture, Engagement & Change Management
HR projects
The Senior HR Business partner will also drive, coordinate and support HR processes within the respective Category across geographies and in close cooperation with local HR resources.
The categories you support have business outside Sweden in USA, China, India and Bulgaria. Limited international travel will be part of the role. Your role will also entail supporting your categories locally in Sweden with operational HR topics
We are looking for someone with a Human Resources University degree or equivalent and with a minimum of 5 years’ experience of working in a similar position in an international matrix environment. You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
