Seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to help us not only grow our business, but also to help grow our brand so that we can bring the best sleep in the world to more and more people.
Position Overview:
The Senior HR Business Partner will support all managers and employees within operations at Hästens Sängar Tillverkningar AB. You are also overall responsible for the HR function and small team in Sweden. You will be responsible for the entire cycle of HR activities, anticipate HR needs and be the point of contact for managers and employees. The senior HR Business Partner plays a key role in developing and implementing HR processes, policies and strategic HR program with the overall objective of attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent. You will be a part of the transformation of HR into a world-class People and Talent Function to help achieve Hästens business growth and profit targets.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for HR function and the small team in Sweden
Be a part of local leadership team to drive HR initiatives and providing day-to-day HR guidance
Support and advise employees and managers within operations
Drive talent management activities to ensure most qualified employees are recruited, hired, and retained, including succession planning and annual performance review process
Implementation and support on a wide range of global HR activities, policies, processes and programs within the business
Conduct training for supervisors and managers on a wide variety of topics to help increase their leadership effectiveness
Ensure that the business is appropriately resourced for current and future needs by workforce planning and recruitment
Cooperate trustworthy with the local Unions, execute local negotiations
Follow up and support managers in the work of rehabilitating employees on sick leave
Champion change and effectively guide managers and employees through organizational change
Support on work environment processes through the work environment committee as well as collaboration and negotiations with the unions for blue collar and white collar
Monthly HR KPI reporting
Provide monthly input to payroll
Experience and Requirements:
Minimum of five years of HR generalist experience
HR experience from a manufacturing and international environment
Driven and proactive with experience in all areas of HR practice
Bachelors degree in HR or related field
Professional expertise in Swedish employment law issues, collective agreements, safety/work environment, negotiation processes with unions, redundancies, payroll and employee relations
Good in English plus Swedish language skills
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
Must have a strong results orientation while being collaborative and customer-focused in your approach
You have a positive mindset , a ”Can Do” attitude, and with this you will be able to deliver on a wide variety of challenges and be a champion for change
