Senior HR Business Partner

Your mission and responsibilities
As Senior HR Business Partner you will support the Sales and Services organization and be a part of the management team. Sales and Services have employees in Europe, Asia and South America. In this role you will be covering all aspects of the Human Resources field of expertise:
- Driving the HR agenda to support strategic business priorities
- Organizational design
- Leadership development/coaching
- Compensation & Benefits
- Talent Management
- Culture, Engagement & Change Management
- HR projects
The Senior HR Business partner will also drive, coordinate and support HR processes within the sales and services organization across geographies and in close cooperation with local HR resources.
The organization you will support have employees in Europe, Asia and South America.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a Human Resources University degree or equivalent and with a minimum of 5 years’ experience of working in a similar position in an international matrix environment. You are fluent in both written and spoken English.

You will report to Anita Lindqvist, VP People & Organization, Construction Division.
The position is based in Jonsered, Gothenburg.
