About the job
Your responsibility in this role is to support 40 managers and their employees located in 25 countries.
You offer guidance and support to our top business management in common functions at such as, Legal, Finance, Strategy and M&A. This requires that you have a global outlook as you take lead in strategic initiatives and operational activities. You know how to take support and coordinate with our local HR leaders to navigate in this truly global environment. You’re also the go-to person for HR related questions at our headquarters at World Trade Center in Stockholm, where you will ensure a great employee experience. You will be based in our newly renovated activity-based office in central Stockholm and can with our hybrid-work set-up also work from home from time to time.
Collaboration is your key to success, and you constantly interact with your business stakeholders, the HR Business Partner for our IT function as well as the wider HR community to drive synergies, improvements and best practices. By working proactively, you ensure that we have the competence and resources we need to meet our strategy and achieve business goals. You also maintain and drive the people policies and processes included in our annual HR lifecycle, such as performance management, talent management and compensation & benefits. On headquarter, you are also able take the lead recruitments and onboarding of our new employees, ensuring a good employee experience.
Keeping a flexible mindset when it comes to balancing the adherence to our processes and giving solutions-oriented support to our managers is on top of your agenda. Another important part of your job is to contribute to an agile, value-driven and high performing organization, simply put, a great place to work!
In this position, you report to the Vice President HR & EHS and you are a full member of the HR Council together with the 24 HR Directors from our divisions and sales areas in Europe, Americas, Asia and Africa. As you also belong to the Business Areas core HR team, you will get the opportunity to work on, or lead, various interesting projects in the HR field.
About you
For this job, we’re looking for a culture ambassador with a can-do attitude and a broad HR background, as well as experience from working as an HR manager or HR partner towards senior management teams. Supporting your managers at HQ requires that you possess a natural approach to get the details right with quality and by that ensure a great employee experience. When it comes to education, we expect a relevant academic degree within HR or Business Administration.
With our roots and many of our team members in Sweden, you need to master local labor laws and regulations, and the relations with our unions. On the other hand, we’re a truly global business – acting across both country borders and cultures – so you also need experience from similar international and complex environments. Naturally, you communicate and present information fluently in both English and Swedish.
As a person, you’re curious, open minded and unbiased, and you show high integrity in all your work. With a cosmopolitan mindset, you actively work to create a setting where diversity and inclusion is both considered and valued. You have a very professional and business-minded approach which comes in handy when meeting the needs of your top management stakeholders, and you build trusting relations by clear communication, proactive time management and you must be able to give hands on support.
