As an HR Business Partner, your will collaborate with business leaders and line managers to enhance their people capability, oversee talent management, and implement strategies that align with the organization's goals. You will serve as the go-to person for HR knowledge in specific business areas and work closely with department managers in a cooperative manner.
Job Assignments
- Offering advice and support on various people-related practices such as team building, development, reorganization, and succession planning.
- Taking charge of Talent Reviews, Merit Reviews, and other related processes.
- Bringing people expertise and develop solutions that align with the business area's strategy.
- Influencing and fostering relationships with individuals across the organization.
- Serving as a local expert on people matters for specialized teams implementing new people approaches.
- Questioning and challenging others to uncover the underlying causes of people and business issues.
- Coaching and providing constructive feedback to key stakeholders to enhance business efficiency.
Skills
We are seeking someone who possesses outstanding excellent people and communication abilities. You should be skilled at building long-lasting professional relationships based on trust, commitment, and a strong dedication to providing excellent service. They should also have a natural ability to quickly grasp the organization, its strategy, and customes, as well as of the people challenges faced by the organization. You should be adaptable and open to change, with a proactive approach to working in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Over five years of professional experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
• Extensive understanding of labor laws in Sweden.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, global setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of HR and adherence to industry best practices.
In order to excel in the client’s work environment, we value your ability to create your own organizational system and adapt to changing priorities. You should also be able to meet deadlines and communicate effectively in English, as you will be working with a diverse and global team.
