We are looking for a proven Senior HR Business Partner with excellent project management skills and deep knowledge in HR processes to help us take care of our most important asset–our people.
Your accountabilities and responsibilities?
GTT HR is on a change journey to strive towards the goals of delivering HR excellence in HR operations and supporting the business on it technology quest to be the most desired and successful transport solution provider in the world.
You will be responsible for driving miscellaneous HR projects (e.g. onboarding), in line with our people strategy/agenda, on a local and global level. You will be accountable for the planning, implementation, follow-up and overall success of these projects. As part of your role you will also scrutinize our existing HR processes in search for efficiency and simplicity, keeping a strong quality mindset, and making sure the processes perform at their best. You will be working closely with the SVP of the function and with the members of the HR leadership team including both country and functional VPs as well as with local HR BP and functional specialist.
You should be competent in all areas of HR, and be comfortable working with an international fast moving environment. You will have excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to instantly build a strong relationship with the teams you support.
You will bring a versatile, innovative, cutting edge and solutions focused approach. You will be innovative and consultative in your approach, and comfortable bringing a blended strategic and hands on approach to the table.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
At least 5 years’ HR generalist experience
Experience of working in complex global multi-national organizations and in a matrix environment
Strong project management skills and able to demonstrate experience of leading complex HR projects through a complete project life-cycle
Self-starter with a drive to make things happen at pace
Excellent analytical skills
Strong stakeholder and influencing skills
