Senior HR Business Partner Operations Degerfors in Outokumpu

As our Senior HR Business Partner your main goal is to understand the respective business strategy and translate this into a HR plan in own area of responsibility. Your focus is to drive the people strategy and be the sparring partner for the respective business, ensure high performance and efficiency of the organization by managing the HR processes focus.

Accountabilities:
• Act as a trusted sparring partner for the business;
• Ensure clear alignment of people processes across the company;
• Drive talent management;
• Ensure that the business is appropriately resourced for current and future needs by workforce planning and recruitment;
• Identify and develop the right capabilities and competences for future business needs;
• Drive change initiatives from HR point of view;
• Ensure consistent application of Outokumpu Policies and Processes;
• Advise and give input to development programs within Outokumpu;
• Cooperate trustworthy with the local Unions, execute local negotiations;
• Ensure clear ‘One HR approach’ in cooperation with HR colleagues.


Key linkages & interfaces:
• Business/Function Management;
• Other HR Business Partners, HR Services and HR Process and Policies;
• Respective Unions;
• External HR Service Providers/Partners and respective community around the site/location.

Scope and Dimensions:
• Member of the site Leadership Team.


Requirements of the job:
• >3 years HR/Business Experience;
• Good Business Acumen;
• Role Model for the Mission Critical Behaviors;
• Master’s Degree or equivalent professional qualifications, HR certifications preferred;
• Good in English plus Swedish language skills;
• Deep knowledge Swedish Labour Law;
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.


This position is located in Degerfors, Sweden. In this role you will report to Head of HR Business Partners Operations Europe, Therese Engström.
