In this role you will be part of an international HR department. The objective is to examine and apply current local HR-policies internationally.
Job Assignments
In this role you will examine finished templates and the goal is to validate exactitude, or if needed, request modifications until the templates are faultlessness. You will also be in charge of certifying to different teams that the local procedure and the exceptions are completed and signed. Another job assignment is assessing and evaluating exceptions and escalating them to the relevant team or to coordinate them locally. You will also be managing analysis on different files of the employees in order for them to match with the given cars. As a HR Analyst you will work with HR Country Services.
Requirements
The client would like you to fulfill the following requirements:
• Relevant experience within HR
• You should have experience working with global scale projects or positions and expertise about how global requirements should be applied at a local level
• You have working experience with governance, and you have knowledge about exception management
• Expertise in GAP Analysis
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• It is important that you are self-sufficient and structured
• You have great communication skills
• You have an analytical mindset and you are capable of challenging different things at work when needed
