You will hold a very important role as one of the central resources in the HR team in Volvo Construction Equipment. You will have a broad scope and work towards multiple teams and networks to deliver HR knowledge and expertise as well as supporting and facilitating our cultural journey. Two main ambitions for the years to come will be to have 100% involvement from our 15,000 co-workers in “Building the world we want to live in” and make significant steps towards a more inclusive and diverse company.

Job description:
As HR Leader, one of your most important assignments is to guide the organizations and leaders to translate the business needs, Our Philosophy and strategies, into People, Culture and Competence implications and actions. You will be instrumental in the Cultural Journey and actively coach the organization and leaders from a people perspective connected to our Philosophy and our ambitions to have 100% involvement.
You will play a key role in the different management teams as well as in our HR Management team and VCE HR Council with representatives from all around the world. We are curious and are looking forward to learning from you.
You will report to the Head of HR of Volvo CE. The location can be discussed, but a preference is one of our sites in Gothenburg or Eskilstuna.
What we expect you to bring:
You probably have 6-8 years of experience from developing and driving a holistic HR agenda in a global organization.
You have documented experience from and deep interest in cultural and organisation development processes.
You are authentic, demonstrates a deep self-awareness and strong inner compass.
You have a long-term holistic orientation, can handle critical thinking, complexity and systemic analysis and dilemmas.
You care for others and the world we live in. You build trustful relations, have empathy and true interest in people and business.
You are a collaborator and co-creator with communication skills, ability to listen to others, and foster genuine dialogue with different stakeholders.
You are inclusive and generous in inviting and sharing your learnings and competence.
You drive change with courage and stand up for your values and if needed challenge and disrupt existing structures and views.
You are creative and have an ability to generate and develop ideas. You have a positive attitude and confidence in the possibility of meaningful change.
