About the job
In this position your work tasks will be:
* Develop and continuously maintain the internal communication channels within HR.
* Day-to-day sparring with HR Business Partner and managers within Employee Relations areas such as performance, terminations, sick leave, terms & conditions, compensation packages.
* Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, legislation, collective agreements.
* Deliver highly effective and trusted sparring to our leaders as well as our HRBP´s.
* Actively participate in Work council, HSE-organization, site management, local crisis management team.
* Being responsible in keeping intranet up to date within Employee Relations area.
* Guide HR Partners, Talent Acquisition Partners and HR Shared Services within the GDPR compliance area.
What you know
* Experience within internal communications and GDPR compliance.
* Knowledge within employment and labour law area.
* Strong collaboration and stakeholder management-skills.
* Experience of building relationships across all levels and areas of the business along with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
* Relevant HR qualification or equivalent.
* At least 3-5 years of work experience within the Employee Relations area.
