We are currently recruiting to fill a pivotal role in supporting TMHE in its digitalization journey to embed and embrace the continued development and maintenance of its integrated HR System Talentsoft in Europe.

The Challenge and core responsibilites
You will be responsible for implementation, maintenance and support of the deployment of Talentsoft in TMH Europe (HQ, Marketing & Sales companies and supply entities). Review and update, together with current stakeholders and IS/IT, the governance model on the different roles & responsibilities in Talentsoft. Through your technical expertise, you build and roll out Talentsoft within the entire organization, get buy-in and create added value. Make proposals to the Steering Committee on strategic road map and system development including annual updates on campaigns, activities etc. In this role you will also review upgrade releases from software vendor and assist with determining impact for existing processes and added values.
Manage all system upgrades as well as the implementation of new modules, features and process improvements from design through testing and finally implementation phase. Ensure and maintain data integrity and data quality in the system. Manage and coordinate the development of Key User Procedures, Guidelines and Documentation and deliver End-User Training, face-to face or via e-learning with stakeholders.
Be hands-on with reporting and analysis: assess needs, recommend, prepare and continuously improve HR dashboards & analytics to enable effective decision making. Your arena witch you will be working closely with are key stakeholders: HR Application specialists, Module Super Users, local Key Users, HR and IS/IT specialists

Your profile
This job is a mix between HR and system technical skills. Either you have a background from HR where you worked with a similar system as Talentsoft or you have your background from HR system development.
You need to have
- Experience in system implementation
- Estimated 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field required to complete the role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
It is preferable if you also have skills in
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- High technical proficiency
- Passionate digital native always looking for new ways of working
- Relevant HR systems management experience and be able to troubleshoot technical issues
- Highly analytical, data-driven and process minded
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to work accurately to tight deadlines
- Exceptional skills in both Swedish and English
