We´re looking for a HR Ninja (or Senior HRBP if you like) to join the People and Culture team for the Enabling Functions at Scania. We´re a group of 15 some HR professionals working close to all the business areas who enable Scania to be the great company that it is today (Finance, HR, Communication, IT and other Corporate Functions).
Scania’s purpose – to lead our entire industry to ensure a sustainable transport system – has set our company in transformation mode. And the HR area is no exception, so you will be joining us in one of the most exhilarating and exciting times in our history.
Are you motivated by the opportunity to truly make a difference and doing so with a bunch of fun colleagues? Then this is the place to be.
About the job and what we can offer you
You will be working with parts of “Finance and Business control” – an area where HR and the business are tightly knit together - working hand in hand to realize the People Strategy for the department. You will be part of the business management team as well as our People & Culture team and will report to Head of People & Culture for Enabling functions.
In this role you will be expected to drive the operational and tactical people agenda in your business area – implementing plans and supporting the business with guidance on all people related matters. Ranging from people strategy to day-to-day people operations related to the employee life cycle. As the HR transformation moves along you will be expected to;
• drive action when it comes to strategic workforce planning, organizational design and performance management.
• coach and challenge our leaders in their area of responsibility to get desired results from core People processes.
• consult in change management.
Working with HR in a global company means having the best of two worlds - being part of a big network of talented people to learn and share experiences with and at the same time working in a smaller team with all that it entails in terms of team spirit, fun and agility. Leadership based on trust, collaboration, belonging and empowerment – is a given. So is having flexibility in choosing were your work from – home, a café or the office in Södertälje.
About you
To succeed in this role you naturally align with our company culture of Collaboration, Trust and Inclusion and you have a deep understanding of the human software – skilled in the ability to build long-term, trusting relationships.
You are structured, with the ability to plan, set priorities and execute on them - catering for long term goals while attending to immediate needs at the same time.
You have the ability to work in a consultative way and have strong communication skills, with proven record of coaching and influencing others into action. Communicating in English and Swedish comes natural.
As we live in times where change is the only constant, you appreciate working with high flexibility, customer focus and a growth mindset. Realising the power of teamwork and curiosity.
Your academic background is an university degree in HRM or equivalent. Experience of working as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role is a must. Experience from leadership roles and/or agile working methods is a merit.

Please reach out to one of your potential future colleagues HRBP Ulrika Halldén 08-553 81603 or to Head of P&C Enabling Functions, Hanine Carlberg, 08-553 52229.
We need your application as soon as possible, and by June 25th at the latest.
