Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior HSE Manager (Electrical Safety) to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Clarify, document, and implement HSE requirements based on applicable legislation, regulations, and contract specifications.
Establish and monitor the Project HSE Management Plan, introducing it to the project team during the kick-off meeting and ensuring ongoing compliance.
Conduct audits to ensure adherence to contract specifications and HSE standards.
Develop and maintain HSE checklists and HSE&S management reports.
Regularly communicate the project’s HSE status, including any issues, in close cooperation with the Project Manager, and prepare comprehensive reports as required.
Support the Project Manager in compiling Project Status Reports and handle official HSE reporting to local authorities.
Contribute to the lessons learned process and the Project Final Report by documenting HSE-related insights.

What You Bring:
5 to 10 years of experience in HSE management, with extensive knowledge of local and legal safety regulations.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Swedish is an asset.
Strong experience in general construction site safety, HSE site work, and electrical safety, including Arc Flash assessment and electrical risk identification.
Competence in creating lifting plans and familiarity with ID06, BAS-P/BAS-U certifications.
Proven leadership in guiding teams on HSE matters and ensuring proper documentation throughout all project phases.
Availability to work both on-site in Sweden and remotely, in alignment with project progress.
