Senior Human Resources, IKEA Global Retail Services

You will work in partnership with a number of business functions, ensuring that people processes and tools are implemented to support our business goals. To support our global matrix functions to attract, develop and retain competent co-workers needed to deliver to our global business goals, both in the matrix function and in/to our business development projects/programes.
You will be responsible for one or more people processes in our unit, compensation & benefit is one, another could be recruitment. As we are a small team you need to be willing to put in hand where and when needed.

To be successful in this role you have proven success from working in Human Resources field somewhere in IKEA, preferably from a IKEA store or IKEA Service Office.
You are able to communicate confidently and clearly in English.
