In our Retail People Plan we will implement "standard terms and conditions of employment" for all our co-workers that includes contract types, working hours, scheduling demands to secure the best meeting with the customer and the best commitment to our co-workers

Key Responsibilities:

- To lead the implementation of our global terms and conditions of employment together with each Retail Country, Retail HR and Group HR

- Create a standard process in order to support each country to work through the necessary steps in order to implement

- To work together with global retail Business Navigation to examine the country "today" picture and identify the gaps that exist to reach the desired "tomorrow" picture

- To create the relevant communication package to be able to communicate the "standard terms and conditions of employment" to all countries

- Work together with each country to anchor the new TCE through an effective change process

- Work together with each country to establish a timeframe in order to implement the TCE

- Work together with Group HR to anchor the standards within our People Policies using the necessary communication and governance structure

- Actively involved in the 'Fair wage assessment' of a number of IKEA countries in order to build our wished position around a "Living Wage"

- Secure the necessary partnerships with the Staff Optimisation project

To be successful in this role you have the ability to build trustful relationships with organizations and leaders. Interacting with a diverse range of people comes very natural to you. You are experienced in working across organizations with key stakeholders, leading and implementing change processes. You are self reliant and motivated and can identify the need for and enable change.

Furthermore you have proven success from working in Human Resources field in IKEA, preferably from a Store and Service Office. You are able to communicate confidently and clearly in English.

The position is currently based in Helsingborg but the place of employment will be changed to Malmö sometime around September 2015. You will report to our Retail HR manager, Monica Östberg and work daily with Neena Potenza and Albert Martens.
