Your challenge - and what you can expect

Do you have what it takes to excel our Business Enabling Projects to the next level?
You will find yourself at the very forefront of the electronics industry where we want to level-up our Business Enabling Project Management staff. You will be part of the Information and Communications Technologies(ICT) department and drive business enabling projects worldwide together with colleagues from other departments and subsidiaries. As you work across functions and cultures to ensure results, you will:

* Take care of the efficient project management to make difference to the business. In addition to this you will also handle daily project guidance with efficient methods.·
* Boost the portfolio value to the business and ensure high productivity in the projects.
* Ensure ICT-systems are easy to understand via good communication and dialogues. Also guide the business to stretch their thinking in digitalization and modernization.

Who you are - and what you will need to succeed

You thrive in a global and fast-changing environment where your ability to prioritize-and reprioritize-come to its full use. On top of this, you need:

* Experience working with systems development or implementations with best practice.
* Practical knowledge and experience of the daily work with cross-functional disciplines on a global platformExtensive experience of successful project execution. Preferably with modern project methods like scrum, agile or SAFe. Basic project control via PPS or similar.
* Fluent in English, written and spoken alike. Some days of travel can occur.
