Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Internal Identity and Access Management (IIAM) team.
What you will work on:
Lead and coordinate internal IIAM teams to enhance SEB’s identity and access management capabilities.
Effectively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones for program success.
Ensure compliance with regulatory demands and alignment with financial sector standards in Identity and Access Management.
Stay informed about the technological landscape of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Provide guidance based on cloud and SaaS-based identity and access management solutions for program direction.
Apply agile program management methodologies for efficient delivery of program objectives.
Conduct regular governance and stakeholder meetings to communicate progress and maintain transparency.
Solve complex problems, analyze deliverables, and prioritize tasks based on program goals.
Collaborate with remote teams and external partners to ensure cohesive program execution.
Demonstrate excellence in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

What you bring:
Proven project management experience in the Identity and Access Management domain.
Familiarity with the financial sector and its specific requirements and regulations.
Proficiency in agile program management methodologies.
Solid understanding of cloud and SaaS-based identity and access management solutions.
Experience collaborating with remote teams and external partners in a collaborative environment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze and prioritize program deliverables effectively.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
