Senior Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities
The Senior Implementation Engineer:
Is responsible for implementation of solutions for clients signed by Sales and as scoped by Pre-sales
Ensures client's specific needs are met by the solution as implemented; milestones are met based on the project management plan
-Contributes to the overall client satisfaction and provides feedback on products to the internal development teams
Contributes to product improvements and acts as a link between clients and the development team.
Provides custom integration implementation support on products at the customer site, including pre-site inspection, initial installation, implementation, customization, integration and outline orientation for the customer and/or support remotely
Works closely with Sales/Pre-Sales, Project Managers, R&D and Technical account Managers to ensure a smooth implementation and transition from start-up to integration/production mode



Main processes, systems, tools used
UNIX based environments, in particular Red Hat Linux or similar
Scripting laguages like Python, BASH, JavaScript, etc.
Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, gtest, gmock, google benchmark



Experience
Knowledge of data systems and structures
Strong written and oral communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers of all levels
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to understand and translate customer requirements
Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise
Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
General knowledge of financial industry considered a plus
Good attention to details
Comfortable working in a fast pace environment
3-5 years of technical experience / technical support
Fluent English is a must
Experience in Fintech is a must
