Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to join our team. As the Senior Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project management and control activities.
What you will work on:
Implementing a data-driven approach: Identify and update processes and routines, and ensure user buy-in and adherence to this way of working.
Develop a comprehensive commissioning plan and establish criteria for the system's launch.
Training in tools and processes, both internally and externally: Devise a training strategy for digital training, create a training plan for Service Travel, and evaluate digital training tools.
Generate awareness about upcoming changes and lead internal and external communication efforts in collaboration with the communication department.

What you bring:
Extensive experience in change management and introducing new tools, processes, and work routines.
Proficiency in communication work, encompassing both internal and external communication, with the ability to understand stakeholder/user impact and identify overarching information requirements.
Expertise in leading the development and implementation of training programs, including platform development.
Familiarity with various educational platforms is advantageous.
Previous experience working on the introduction of business or IT systems, ideally in a data-driven context.
Experience working in management team environments is desirable.
