Vattenfall is looking for a Senior Incident Manager to Corporate Security and Resilience. The position is flexible in location but a preference for a Swedish location.
We offer an interesting position in an international surrounding. Vattenfall and the energy industry are operating in a challenging security and resilience environment with a constant need to review and adapt its security posture.
You will work in the Security Operations team as a first line of defence for Vattenfall group with a functional responsibility for driving the total defence concept within Vattenfall Group.
Your main tasks and responsibilities
Drive and coordinate the Total defence work within Vattenfall Group
Liaise with applicable external stakeholders in order to set relevant standards for the Group
Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders to provide group wide steering on the subject
Be a part of a team that monitor and manage global incidents 24/7
We are looking for you with
Academic degree or similar in security and resilience relevant area.
In-depth knowledge of the Total defence concept
Strong leadership skills and an experienced project manager
Proven experience in a Corporate Security position, or working in a government position within the security field for a combined minimum of ten years.
Fluent in Swedish language.
Excellent skills in our group language English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious experience
Corporate work in a multinational business organisation.
Higher course in societies crisis preparedness
Knowledge of the Swedish legislation, Säkerhetsskyddslagen.
Multilingual skills, especially German.
Expertise and experience regarding the GDPR.
Security relevant certification (e.g., CPP, CISSP, CISM) is also meritorious.
You are a business orientated person with good communication skills and you have the ability to communicate across functions and cultures, both internally and externally. You have strong administrative skills and willingness to take ownership when required with a strong drive and positive attitude. Furthermore you have a strong sense of team effort and the ability to build and maintain social relationships. A high integrity, security and privacy awareness together with a proven ability to handle stress well and to deliver result in challenging circumstances are required.
