About the role
Based in Malmö, you will play a key role in supporting projects, from conception to market delivery, providing creative and technical industrial design expertise to the overall project team as well as keep pushing the level of quality in both design thinking and execution by constantly coming up with new ideas and ways of solving stakeholder problems. 

You are expected to develop a thorough understanding of the technical, operational, and marketing constraints of each project and successfully identify new solutions to innovate within these constraints. 

As a Senior Industrial Designer, you will also translate business requirements into tangible concept opportunities by proactively collaborating with our engineering teams, while balancing the needs of our end-users, installers, sales teams, and our markets. 

You will ensure that deadlines and requested deliverables are met to the highest level of quality for both internal team reviews and leadership presentations as well as develop productive and collaborative relationships with our internal functional partners, external vendors, suppliers and partners.

Additionally, you will actively monitor industrial design trends, tools and practices to ensure that best practice is always being maintained.

About the candidate profile - what you bring
We are looking for a passionate Senior Industrial designer highly organized and equipped with a structured approach combined with outstanding time management skills.

You are an analytical and creative problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills to effectively convey design solutions.

You are led by a strong user-centered design approach and have proven ability to create collaborative relationships with stakeholders and team members in a matrix organisation. 

You are highly energetic, flexible and driven paired with proactivity and willing to listen, learn and educate others. 

Qualifications
* Degree in Industrial Design or equivalent
* 5-8 years working in a similar role ideally in the consumer electronics, telecommunications operators, cable operators or other similar industries
* 3D Modelling (e.g. Autodesk Alias, Rhino) and Rendering (e.g. Keyshot, Cinema 4D)
* Seasoned experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator as a minimum)
* Fluency in Written and Verbal English essential
* Strong Graphic Design Skills and experience in delivering product graphics and presentations
* Experience in CMF (colour, materials and finishing) exploration and specifications
* Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
* Proven track record of delivering successful products to multiple global markets
