About the role :
The Senior Information Security Administrator strengthens the Security domain at City Network International AB. This role includes continuous contribution to City Network’s certifications for ISO 27xxx family and internal information security compliance .You will serve as the subject matter expert in data security and assist other departments with the IT security process and documentation.Investigate findings within the Incident and Vulnerability Management to determine potential root causes and recommend necessary preventive actions to mitigate re-occurrence of the associated risks.

Responsibilities :
Being actively a part of Certification and Audits through the contribution and ongoing enhancement of the Information Security Management Systems -primarily focusing on ISO 27001 and EU Cyber Security compliance.
Being a member of the Security Incident Response team.
Ensure Information Security controls are relevant , adequately documented and maintained for ongoing re-certification and governance activities .
Contribute to a system that fosters appropriate, verifiable, audit-able and coordinated security procedures and practices complaint with related laws , regulation , policies and professional standards.
Co-Governance in a system that encourages the routine use of risk assessments and risk management planning related to the information security features of systems, tools and networks.
Ensure compliance with all applicable internal and external Information Security requirements through hands on activities (eg : scanning ,automation)
Assessing , reporting and assisting in the remediation of IT Security Vulnerabilities for IT systems and application part of City Network operations.
Design , document , train and test of IT Security controls.
Handle regular IT Security review tasks .
Independently contribute ideas and process improvements and look for creative solutions and better ways of doing things to meet goals for continuous improvement.
Identify, analyze and address problems to resolve issues whenever possible in a way that minimizes the negative impact on the organization.
Requirements :
Graduate degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Security .
Strong computer skills.
Profound Linux know-how(preferable Ubuntu)
Solid understanding with the key Techical and organizational concepts of Information Security related systems (firewalls,intrusion detection ,virtualisation technologies , encryption, VPN etc)
Professional experience in Vulnerability and Risk Management.
Fluent communication skills in English.
Good to have :
Data Center infrastructure experience.
Know how in Cloud technologies.
Scripting skills (Bash , Python)
Personal Qualities :
Open Mindset with willingness to continuously learn new security developments and favor Open Source technologies.
Effective communication style across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding.
Well-organized and structured.
What we offer :
Full-time position with 6-months probationary period.
Leave Policy : 6 weeks vacation.
Remote work : Work from anywhere from the EU and whenever you want as long as you are working 40 hours a week in 5 days and have a permanent resident status.

If you live in Sweden or Germany, you would be directly employed by City Network International AB or our German subsidiary.
If you live in any country other than Sweden or Germany (but within EU), we will enter into a contractor agreement as applicable to the legal situation in your country. If a contractor agreement doesn't suit you, we'll work with our group for possible alternative locations.
Salary and compensation will be negotiated during the interview process.
