Our mission is to deliver game changing software products that will help our customers to optimize how they currently run their production. You will be joining the “Digital Accelerator”, a small energetic business incubation team designed to rapidly iterate and build these innovative data driven software products. Our group is made up of high achieving individuals with a “can-do” attitude and little consideration for formal job descriptions or complex processes.
As Senior Innovation Engineer in the Digital Accelerator, you are a valued team member in a cross functional team with the mission to use a Start-up approach to introduce our offering into the market and to create engagement worldwide. You will identify key customer needs and create scalable solutions with an agile, iteration based approach.
Your key activity is to execute ideation workstreams from identifying needs to validated and defined offer ready for development. Teams are set up cross functionally of subject matter experts of Value Creation, User Experience and Digital tech / Data Science; where you are the subject matter expert in Value Creation and generalist in User Experience and digital technology/data science.


Your responsibilities
Executing projects end to end with Lean Startup methodology.
Identifying customer Business Processes and quantify customer’s pains and gains with Outside-In methodology.
Ideating and testing scalable solutions iterating need-solution hypothesis.
Designing experiments and collaborate with internal/external subject matter experts in areas such as user experience, customer experience and data science to validate key hypothesis.
Iteratively making impact / effort assumptions and new disruptive products.
Handover items to product and development teams once the business case is deemed strong enough.
Contributing to the Start-up culture and agile methodologies.

Your background
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in working with innovation and lean start-up methodology or similar agile framework.
Proven track record of identifying new value opportunities in Business Processes.
Extensive track record in digital innovation with multiple successful projects resulting in products released to market.
Degree in Engineering or a similar field preferred.
Experience with Industrial solutions a plus.
Experience in Customer Experience roles in the fields of digital and/or electronics a plus.
Experience from the Startup scene or New Venture Creation a plus.
You have an outgoing personality and can rally people to your cause.
Very comfortable working in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment with few structured processes.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken is a must have, any other languages appreciated.
