Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Interim CFO – Finance & Operations Leadership to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Overseeing day-to-day operations within the finance function, ensuring smooth and efficient management of financial processes.
Participating in business decisions regarding purchasing, marketing, pricing, and other strategic areas to support the company’s growth and operations.
Reporting to management, the board, external authorities, and the bank, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Managing and planning working capital and liquidity to support the company’s financial health.
Leading and managing the finance and controller team, including performance follow-ups and development of team members.
Consolidating financial data at the group level and providing support in ongoing accounting activities when required.
Monitoring order flow and identifying anomalies through Power BI, providing actionable insights.
Supporting short-term planning of purchase volumes for the season/campaign to optimize inventory and cash flow.
What you bring:
Proficiency in Business Central, Excel, and Power BI for financial analysis and reporting.
Previous experience in e-commerce or retail, with a strong understanding of financial management within these industries.
Solid background in controlling, including experience in consolidation and financial reporting at a group level.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, delegate responsibility, and provide support to your team while fostering a close-knit, collaborative environment.
A pragmatic approach, capable of acting as a “brake pad” when needed, but also knowing when to move quickly and decisively.
A hands-on approach with a “small company” mentality, where you are involved in both big decisions and day-to-day operational tasks.
