All about the role:
Do you have an analytical mindset and curiosity in your DNA? Are you energized by the prospect of travelling the world and exploring diverse company processes by meeting people and analysing data?
We are now looking for an internal auditor to join our Internal Audit team that demonstrates initiative, curiosity to learn, embraces different perspectives and challenge the status quo. Your mission will be to help Electrolux achieve its strategic objectives by performing audits across the Group. You will work closely with the senior management in our Group functions, as well as with the regional functions across the world, to define audit objectives. Then you will work to achieve those objectives by conducting independent audits, that focus on the most relevant points, leveraging the best of people and technology.
You will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm, but your field of responsibility spans our worldwide operations, and you will be travelling frequently to Electrolux offices all around the world. You will report to the Internal Audit Manager.

What you'll do:
To make an impact as internal auditor, you will have to be a flexible team player, able to work both independently and in cooperation with others, with the drive to achieve high quality deliveries. You will review risk areas for errors, waste and fraud. The main objective of the audit assignments will be to evaluate our processes, in order to provide independent assurance and offer actionable insights to drive improvement. Part of your regular activities will also be to monitor data, identify risks, and perform risk assessment activities, to serve as input for the internal audit plan.
In detail, you will:
· Execute audit assignments that result in documented assurance about the integrity of our processes
· Interface with management across Electrolux to present the audit plan, discuss findings and insights, and review progress of open issues
· Support Group Internal Audit to leverage data analytics
· Perform periodic testing to assess the operating effectiveness of internal controls
· Drive projects with the objective to improve the internal audit process

Qualifications:
· Academic degree in business, economics, accounting or similar
· 4+ years of relevant work experience, primarily in auditing
· Solid Data Literacy
· Fluent in English – verbal and written

Additional preferred qualifications:
· Data analytics skills with experience in data tool, such as Tableau or PowerBI
· Knowledge of programming language such as VBA, Dax, R, Python are a plus
· Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA preferred
· Additional language, such as Portuguese and/or Spanish, are a strong plus
