The objective of Investor Relations is to communicate the financial performance of Volvo Car Group externally and internally as well as maintaining relations with our external financial partners. Working in Investor Relations is a unique chance to work in an international, dynamic, external environment and being part of creating a new department.

As Senior Investor Relations Manager you will be working with external stakeholders about our financials, business and strategy. Your key responsibilities is to lead the company's engagement with the debt capital market, for example liaising with analysts and rating agencies. We are looking for experienced finance professionals familiar with Fixed Income Investor Relations - either with a Debt IR, Credit Analyst or DCM background. You are a pro-active self-starter with the confidence and credibility to work proactively and in a strong team environment within a large and complex institution. You have a high level of financial acumen as well as excellent communication skills, and are able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

In this role you will report to the Vice President, Investor Relations. The position is located in Gothenburg.

Required qualifications

* University degree, Bachelor or higher
* Financial literacy
* Fluent in English, spoken and written
* 10 years+ experience from working with capital markets - preferably within an IR department
* Ability to travel
* International experience
* Accounting background is meritorious
* Financial analyst background is meritorious
* Experience around rating agency methodology is meritorious
