Rebtel is looking for a Customer Acquisition Manager

The role
You will be part of the Rebtel Operational team - a small team, achieving big things. Together with your team you will be responsible for managing and developing a $100M+ company.
Your responsibility will be to create strategies to bring in new customers and hands-on execution of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search, Facebook Ads (and more) campaigns. To do so you will be working closely with Tech, BI, Product and Proposition Development, CRM and Designers. As the person in charge of Customer Acquisition, you will initiate and manage projects with several stakeholders to improve the way we work to get new customers.
We take our new customers seriously and you will be in charge of a multimillion dollar budget for our paid channel as well as optimizing our intake for organic intake.
Responsibilities
Reaching customer acquisition goals and delivering on paid acquisition KPIs
Full responsibility for planning and execution of campaigns in all paid channels
Work with Design and Copy to develop and innovative ad creatives and landing pages
Managing relationships with our partners (Google, Facebook, etc)
Qualifications
At least 3+ years proven experience within SEM
Proven experience within Facebook Ads, Display and Remarketing Campaigns
Keyword research for new and current campaigns
Solid A/B testing experience
Strong analytical skills and mindset
Experience with Google Analytics
Education within Economics, Engineering or Business Administration on at least Bachelor level
Rebtel is an international workplace and at the office we speak English, therefore a high English proficiency is required.
It’s a plus to have:
Google tag manager experience
Experience with setting up and managing channel attribution infrastructure
Building dashboards and explaining your area to others through BI solutions such as Google Datastudio/Looker/Tableau/Power BI/etc
