About this opportunity
Welcome to the Requirement & Analysis team. We add value by creating technical solutions based on business requirements, we also create environment of learning & sharing where experts contributes to community of practices. As the IT analyst you’ll play a valuable role in multi-cultural team of expert engineers.
What you’ll be doing:
* Elicit and document the requirements in tools such as Confluence, JIRA etc.
* Interact with customers/clients and understand the requirements
* Close coordination and regular discussion with the technical team to communicate the requirements
* Ensure the issues resolution on functionalities in system and User acceptance testing
* Conduct regular training/mentoring sessions with team to give functional aspects of the requirements
* Create standards and best practices in Actimize 

You’ll join a team of experts in data and analytics. The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Must be very good in interpersonal communications and must have a command over English language
* Have passion for data analysis and problem solving
* Are willing to work in cross-border teams and are open to traveling, if needed

You should have excellent hands-on experience in following:
* Strong understanding of the capital markets and Investment banking domain. Prior experience within EU regions will be advantageous
* Effective communication and writing skills
* Knowledge and experience in the area of Market Abuse regulations/Trade
* Hands on experience in Trade surveillance tool such as NICE, Actimize or any other will be desirable

Additionally, it is nice to have following experience:
* Working experience in scrum or Agile projects
* Previous working experience in banking domain
* Working experience in a team distributed in many countries
