We are looking for Driver to join our Change Lead team - a team loaded with experience, professionalism and passion. In order to make it easier for our stakeholders to work with us, we need to be more transparent and predictable. Our Change Lead team is the forerunner for us to make us more agile, more Nordic, more aligned - to be better version of us. As Driver you will together with your Nordic colleagues play an important role in our success to reach this goal.
About this opportunity
We are responsible for the existing core systems in Nordea Technology organisation. We add value by delivering stable core services for all of Nordea and thus enabling among others digital banking services. Our application landscape on mainframe and midrange covers accounts, loans, customer and payments in all Nordic Countries.
What you’ll be doing:
* Drive activities focusing on business deliveries and technology improvements
* Drive our internal activities in Core Systems to ensure better Service capability to our stakeholders
* Drive activities in cooperation with your colleagues, our partners and stakeholders both in Nordea Technology and business
* Activities varies from cross country to country specific initiatives
* Act as value adding sparring partner within our organisation
This role is based in any Nordic countries (DK/Taastrup, FI/Helsinki, NO/Oslo, SE/Stockholm). This is a permanent, full-time position. We have a new Driver-role open in Virve’s team. Please indicate your preferred starting time in the application and whether you have a valid European working permit already.

Your experience and background:
* Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex issues
* Background as project manager or change leader in IT environment
* Experience of customer, account, loan and payment services would be a strong advantage
* Experienced in working in a virtual team set up
* This open position does not require coding skills, we are expanding our team towards project and change management, but understanding test management or software development is a bonus
