About this opportunity

Join our Requirements & Analysis team as a senior IT business analyst and be key player of our upcoming implementation of SAP S/4HANA! As team we focus primarily on the financial and capital area.

Today as a team we are embarking on a new challenge! We will be using SAP/S4HANA for our general ledger!  We now need to strengthen our team with a SAP/S4HANA Banking expert . We believe your relevant SAP/S4 banking, general ledger & finance experience are necessary to succeed in this role.

As an international team spread across the Nordics, Poland & India we add value to Nordea by employing requirements engineering, system analysis & design to enable our stakeholders to build innovative solutions. We take a key part in large-scale program’s Agile Release Trains while working with complex IT landscape and large data volumes. What you’ll be doing:

* Be our SAP S/4HANA expert & take lead for requirements & solution design
* Support solution design using data analysis and data modelling
* Elicit requirements (functional and non-functional) supported by established frameworks and tools
* Build a contextual understanding of business processes on one hand and functional/technical know-how of our solutions on the other.


Candidate can be based either in Stockholm or Helsinki.

Who you are

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are currently working as business analyst/IT analyst and/or application architect within a relevant area. As this is a key role and your SAP S/4 specific experience in finance, general ledger & banking will be key for our success. Your communication & analysis skills will be of an important.
* SAP S/4 Hana general ledger & finance experience, including implementation.
* Experience working with Agile software development, ideally SAFe framework 
* Fluent in English
