About this opportunity
Welcome to the Software Development capability team. We add value by providing expert software development capabilities and expertise in the data integration and transformation areas for many solutions in the bank based on different technologies like IBM (InfoSphere Information Server), and many other modern technologies. As the Senior IT Developer you’ll play a valuable role in taking part of an exciting and ambitious transformation journey towards a modern, resilient target state. You will grow as a Data Integration expert and deliver superior value to the bank.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting applications in an agile development way by coordinating, planning and mainly driving the required development and technical changes implementation in the Financial Accounting and Procurement domain
* Participate in large programmes or major improvements and development tasks to support own unit to add value, and deliver according to targets
* Proactively share own knowledge and IT competencies, both on a cross unit and cross organisation basis to enable the continuing strengthening of competencies
You’ll join a team of experts with great experience and skills in the data integration and transformation area where we learn from each other and grow together as team and individuals. The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden or Tricity, Poland.

Your experience and background:
Your knowledge and experience of creating data pipelines to transform large amounts of data from multiple sources in a complex landscape using DataStage or similar ETL/Data Integration tool is a key for success.
* At least 7 years of professional experience working directly with IBM InfoSphere DataStage or similar ETL/Data Integration tool
* Worked in complex data transformation programmes / projects as Tech SME or Tech lead
* Documented professional experience in Linux, shell scripting and analytical tools such as SQL
* Professional experience and knowledge of Agile, Scrum or SAFe including DevOps
* Academic degree in computer sciences, mathematics or engineering
* Experience in other data processing, analysis, reporting technologies will be an advantage
* Proficiency in English is a must have skill
