About this opportunity
As Senior Developer, you will work with technical development to our core Genesys platform and other connected systems in the Contact Centre area. Always with a strong focus on the customers. We develop customizations and do integrations, and since our main software is not developed in-house, our technical work is also to act within applications possibilities of configuration and scripting.
Our portfolio covers both desktop applications, web frontends, middleware, and integrations.
Design, implementation, test, deployment, maintenance, and improvement of the application portfolio managed or developed by your team.
The ability to work well in a cross-team environment, throughout your work you will work closely with cross country teams with multiple stakeholders to optimize the design, quality, and functionality of our solutions.
You will be involved in all development and enhancements of applications and services in the Remote CX value stream within the Genesys contact center platform, Remote CX develop as well as customer interaction capabilities via digital services, such as chat, calls, instant video meetings, routing features.
Nordea has one of the largest Genesys environments in the Nordics and covers the whole Genesys portfolio. We take pride in being up to date with new technology and products, which we develop completely in-house having a direct support agreement with Genesys.
The role is based in Stockholm or Copenhagen.

Deep technical background and coding experience, our main development is in C#, JavaScript, VoiceXML, and some Java,
You have a Software Engineering / Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience,
Experience with design and implementation of enterprise-scale services, incident management, process and task automation, test processes, configuration management, and server deployments,
Experiences with Genesys/similar contact center solutions or IP telephony are a big plus,
As part of our portfolio is voice-based, knowledge of at least one Scandinavian language is an advantage.
