Senior IT Engineer

Join Our Team as a Senior IT Engineer!
We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior IT Engineer with at least 8 years of experience in the IT field, who is adept at managing and maintaining a complex technical environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and robust networking skills including VLANs and routing. Experience with MacOS, MDM tools, and printer technology is also required.
Responsibilities: Oversee and maintain our Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 integration.
Manage network architecture, including VLAN, routing configurations, and other related tasks.
Utilize MDM tools to ensure optimal device management across multiple platforms.
Support and troubleshoot issues related to printers and MacOS devices.
Provide comprehensive IT support to enhance user experience throughout the organization.
Assist with physical tasks such as racking servers and managing cable pulls as needed.
Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, with a proven track record in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server administration.
Strong networking skills, including experience with VLANs, routing, and general network management.
Familiarity with MacOS and various MDM tools.
Physical ability to assist with server racking and network cable management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide hands-on support for a wide range of IT needs.We value if you also have
Experience with Jamf.
Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Swift, or Bash.
Knowledge of Android management.
Experience with Linux
Previous experience within the healthcare or life sciences sectors.
