Senior IT Infrastructure and Security Architect

We’re now looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure and Security Architect – someone who shares our vision and wants to contribute to building the new digital era of manufacturing through expanding our IT infrastructure. Your mission
In this broad and international role, you develop short- and long-term target architecture and transition plans – ensuring that our architecture and IT landscape is aligned towards business objectives and development plans. By keeping strategic dialogs with our senior management and collaborating with our divisions, you get an understanding of the business strategy, pain points, objectives and needs. To open up for synergies, you make sure business capabilities, information and IT applications are aligned and integrated accordingly. As we’re on a strong growth journey, you have an important role in supporting integrations related to M&A’s.
Your position involves connecting with high-level management at some of the biggest IT companies in the world. To give you a glimpse of a workday, you may start with meetings with China and Australia in the morning and end it with Brazil and the US in the afternoon. Also included in your job is to provide architectural guidance to stakeholders and projects, as well as conducting target architecture and project portfolio reviews. You handle architectural deviations and exceptions and communicate and anchor the architecture with relevant stakeholders.
The preferred location for this position is Stockholm, although Sandviken could be considered for the right candidate.


Your character
We’re looking for someone with solid experience of at least ten years within relevant areas, where you’ve acquired good knowledge within IT infrastructure, such as IT operations, cloud solutions, IT security, integration solutions and networks. Your experience is backed by a university degree within IT, or the equivalent knowledge gained previously in your career. Doing business in all corners of the world calls for advanced communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Your personal qualities are very important to us. With excellent communication, networking and listening skills you connect with stakeholders and customers in a balanced way, and you’re good at zooming out to see the full picture. Strong integrity and good problem-solving skills are also some of your key traits.
